We understand you can’t wait to receive your DIBA BY DIBAWSSETTE order and will process orders 1-2 business days after payment has been received unless your order is in backorder/pre-order. In the latter case, we will ship once your products are back in stock.

If the item(s) in your shipment arrived damaged, please keep the box, packing materials and the item(s) inside and contact us within 3 business days with pictures.
We hope this never happens! If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work to resolve this issue. A package is deemed lost or stolen if the tracking number does not show "delivered status" and 6 weeks have passed since order have been shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you did not receive your product, please contact the courier to see where they left it or if there was an issue delivering your product. Orders that are marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Oh no! I bought the wrong shade! How can I exchange? No worries! Please make a new order and send us an email to return your older order. We will ship your new order and refund your older order once we get the products back. Your older order is subject to our return policy below.
How can I return a product? – We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept items for return provided they are sent within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and let us know that you would like a refund. Please note that accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you accept international returns? Due to the high shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of orders outside of the US and Canada.
Are returns free? Returns are processed for free no matter if you opened it or not.
Do you give a full refund? We will refund the initial item cost minus the restocking fee, if applicable. Shipping fees and payment processing fees cannot be refunded.
Why did you refuse my package? DIBA by Dibawssette reserves the right to refuse any package if it is deemed as "used repetitively" once it has been returned. We usually weigh our products to verify how much product have been used and allow a 15% free usage. Past that percentage, we cannot provide a refund. If packaging is missing items or have broken pieces and it was not notified to us upon delivery, we unfortunately cannot process your refund either. Please make sure to pack your order back properly and communicate with us if there is any shipping damage once you have received the product.
The color isn’t the same as I saw online. – DIBA by DIbawssette tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more.
I have purchased from one of your many retailers and I would like to return the products, how do I do so? – We ask that if you purchased through one of our vendors, that you raise the issue with them. We abide by all of our vendor’s return and exchange policies.
My order arrived late. Can I get a refund? - If your order arrived 7 business days after latest expected delivery date, we will gadly refund your shipping fee. It is important for us that you get your order on time.
My package is lost, can I get a refund? - We hope this never happens! If your package is lost, please contact us and we will work to resolve this issue. Our flagship products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, alcohol, phthalates, fragrance, gluten, mineral oil or talc.
